Jacob’s place is great. 2nd time I’ve stayed.
It is an old midtown Memphis home and comes with associated charm.
Jacob was proactive in fixing the WiFi, but after a few days, it acted up again. Would be wary if working remotely.
Kitchen is well stocked.
Pretty quiet considering the awesome proximity to Cooper Young & restaurants/bars, easy to walk to!
Walls are thin and had someone staying above this trip, luckily they weren’t up late!
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. You should too! Location can’t be beat.
