We’re just off Main Street, and steps away from the Main Street trolley which will take you to all of the major sites downtown. It is rare to find such a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home this close to all of the best downtown has to offer. The stylish primary bedroom with en suite has a view of the iconic Pyramid and a balcony with seating for two. We can’t wait to share this home with you and our beautiful city. Welcome!

Good to know

You can access the home from front or back. If you use the driveway in the back, just make sure not to block the alley way from the neighbors. There are three side by side spaces in the driveway which should be ample and/or you can also park on the street in front of the house if you prefer. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the other 2 are upstairs. There is one full bath downstairs and 2 full baths adjoining the bedrooms upstairs. Lots of closet space for clothes storage. Feel free to use dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as you need them. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry closet upstairs between the two bedrooms. If you have questions about the space before arriving, just let me know and I'm happy to help.

Other Details to Note

Just to mention it again about parking because some neighbors have complained about the alleyway being blocked in the past....You can access the home from front or back. If you use the driveway in the back, just make sure not to block the alley way from the neighbors. This was a very nice place to stay! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the chairs and swing on the front porch. The house is in a very pleasant neighborhood. The location for us was awesome! We were attending an event at the Renasant Convention Center, and it was very close. Beale Street and many other places were all within about a 10 - 15 minute drive. Matthew was very responsive! Whenever we had a question, he answered very quickly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Memphis!

This place was definitely the best choice I picked to stay while visiting Memphis. Host communicated well and checked on me my entire stay. Clean and peaceful environment and I recommend this place to anyone visiting Memphis.

The house was very CLEAN and well decorated love the calm neutral colors. He had plenty of towels for usage. Parking was very convenient and DOWNTOWN was too- LOVE ❤️ THE UNIT! 👍💥👏
