We are so grateful Jacob! We were in a transitional moment and fortunate to be able to extend our stay not once but twice with no problem. The place was perfect. Exactly as stated and more. Peaceful neighborhood. Walkable to Cooper Young intersection with lots of restaurants and shopping. Jacob was an excellent host. Responsive and accommodating. I've stayed in this property before and will do it again!

This accommodation is lovely (decor, comfort, cooling/heating) and in a fantastic location. We walked to local restaurants and coffee. Bed very cozy, slept great! The stay was comfortable even with the severe weather/temp change.

Great stay in a central location! I was concerned given the national news about the national guard being deployed to the city, but it was a safe neighborhood and all was happily uneventful. Highly recommend this place for future stays.

I can’t say enough about this place. When in Memphis I always stay in one of Jacob’s properties. They are all clean and comfortable. Jacob is an amazing host as always!!

Seriously adorable spot! The bed was comfy and bedding was soft! The adorable vibe was what I loved! Local flare with adorable details like the tile in the bathroom. Excellent location on a chill neighborhood street. We added a couple nights to our stay because there was so much to do and such a great place to stay. It’s so close to the music and food spots! This is the one guys!
