Jacob and his team were very amazing quick response time and was very friendly. I will be renting this AirB&B everytime i go to Memphis. I love the area and its was very peaceful at night. I loved the dedicated room for the office, it was the main reason I rented. the bed was very comfortable the shower had really good pressure. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

The Airbnb was very easy to find and check-in was simple and smooth. The space was extremely clean and felt fresh as soon as we walked in. It was also very spacious, giving plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable during the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay at this lovely home. “We had such a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, clean, and welcoming. The space was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Even though our stay was short, it was truly enjoyable and stress-free. The host was responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant place to stay!

We are so grateful Jacob! We were in a transitional moment and fortunate to be able to extend our stay not once but twice with no problem. The place was perfect. Exactly as stated and more. House was very clean and host was very responsive, listing was very accurate, price was fair, for small 3 bedroom house, appliances was up to date. Road out front was very busy and curtians need to be thicker or blinds installed but overall 5 star rating

Peaceful neighborhood. Walkable to Cooper Young intersection with lots of restaurants and shopping. Jacob was an excellent host. Responsive and accommodating. I've stayed in this property before and will do it again!

This accommodation is lovely (decor, comfort, cooling/heating) and in a fantastic location. We walked to local restaurants and coffee. Bed very cozy, slept great! The stay was comfortable even with the severe weather/temp change.

Great stay in a central location! I was concerned given the national news about the national guard being deployed to the city, but it was a safe neighborhood and all was happily uneventful. Highly recommend this place for future stays.

Jacob was great working with me during my stay. I never know how long I’m going to be in town for work and he was flexible. The space was perfect. I felt right at home. I love a gas stove for cooking!
